Cultural Focus
In our newest Ethnic Cultural Vanguard cohort we share a vision for cultural managers where their power for creation and leadership stems from the community serving as an engine for growth and impact.
Literary and Artistic Focus
Within this Cultural Vanguard we find artistic leaders employing plastic and installation techniques that aim to tell stories that transcend traditional art forms. Additionally, we encounter a group of literary agents who dream of literature that represents the country’s diversity, mobilizing actions for change.
